CSTI on level 2 is Collins Stewart LLC, not sure which broker routes through them. The daytraders with pro setups can route through many different MM's. I saw their 2 million bid early last week get filled and they immediately put it up for sale at .0009, just a flip for them. They sold 100,000 at .0009 then lowered it to .0008 and it's been a real ugly eyesore on level 2 for anyone looking into the stock for the first time. It's really up to the company now but the stock is ready for a rebound.
