One year chart says differently and I never said insiders dumped, but many did when it was almost at .03. Being this was under .001 not too long ago you figure the gain and loss. It was probably a 10X+ bagger for many that got in a bit over a year ago. You take that and look at the drop it looks like any old P&D, but just not the massive scale of a KAT.
