Yes existing shareholders have come forward and asked to be allocated the first million.

The brokerage firms might want to negotiate, but at the moment the emphasis is on assisting existing investors. The smaller brokers have indicated that they would prefer to pay 3 or 4 cents rather than 15 cents.
