History repeating …

For me, it looks identically to last year promises.

New commercials: I haven't even see the old ones or/and I don't know anybody who actualy has see them on tv.
50/50 partnership: We had that already with the glorious JN.
Financing: This is nothing new as well, but as far as I know, none of the "Investing companies" did invest in MDHI.
PR: MDHI is using PR, to give the shareholders the feeling: Everything will be ok, buy more shares.
PR 1: Isn't it strange, that mostly after Pr release (big ones) the volume increases and pps is dropping?
PR 2: This is called dillution. Financing themselves, by issueing mil of shares
MGMT: Is unable to provide simple filings
MGMT 1: Will not release current numbers of OS
MGMT 2: They're always fluffy with their PS's
MGMT 3: They never kept their promises
MGMT 4: Do they need to hide something?

For me, I've learned my lesson with MDHI.
As long as they are unable to provide necesserary information about the situation, why should I invest?

If they really bring out the BIG AD and the financials issues are solved, I might reconsidering the situation again.
