10K will be a non-event from a share-price perspective.
It may move up or down on the initial release, but will
gravitate right back to where it was before the release.
Same is true for "financing" news. Stock won't move until
gold is produced. And if this is an exploratory company, one has
to wonder if it will ever get to actual production.
