I posted awhile back the new SEC adapted FINRA short selling rules which took effect in Feb of this year
Basically it says no grandfather clause, shorts legal and illegal (NSS) have to be covered by the shorter within 13 days or maybe it was 3 days, don't remember If the company isn't listed, it has to be listed and the company has to have value to trigger the short covering
This is going to be a HUGE problem for the shorters of CSHD/FHAL Just thought you should be reminded, as if you really forgot
