I have nothing anymore against IPII than any other stock in the construction business, but I think you are way overly optimistic if you are banking on a 25 PE. I doubt there has ever been a PROFITABLE construction stock in history with a 25 PE unless it was just turning the corner. A 10 PE is much more common because, like it or not, it is a cyclical business and everyone knows it.
