Just playing devil's advocate for the moment.

In the event that the judge decides against DIMEQ in the adversary proceeding, is there any recourse for the LTW class? Is there a mechanism for appeal within the Bankruptcy proceedings?

I know that the E/C did just that and filed an appeal, but I was not certain if that option were open to all interested parties.

Also, filing an appeal would be costly in terms of litigation and the associated hedge funds who have funded the LTW counsel might just throw in the towel if the economics doesn't make sense.
