As far as I know, all they did was issue a 1099 on MT for all of our money that he spent.
Not much consolation for us, but at least the IRS will be after him for taxes.
As far as Pedro, he always replied to my emails and even called me once. Its been a long time, but last time I talked with him, he still "promised" that the money due to PNMS.pk would be dispersed in the form of either a dividend or bonus...after the embargo against Cuba was lifted. Of course, we would have no recourse if he refused to honor his promise. In fact, all we have is his honor and he has proven in the past that he has no problem breaking promises made to shareholders. Still, there is a sliver of hope, so I wouldn't use your shares for toilet paper...yet.
