So you agree that Spencer made a bad decision launching a sales campaign in 2006. I didn't think Spencer made bad decisions. Doesn't he have an MBA? How does he explain that the campaign not only failed, but he didn't sell ONE robot? Did he fire his sales and marketing manager? What was his budget for the campaign? Did he have a written strategy? How was it developed before it was launched? How was it initially implemented? When was it canceled and how did Spencer notify the SHs of the cancellation? The problem, IMO, is not that it failed. The problem is that Spencer never intended to do it. His PR claiming he was launching it might be construed by reasonable people as fraudulent. So many questions. On just this one issue. How many issues? Several days worth. IMO
