WRONG!
There is nothing illegal about selling shares by ANYONE if they aren't restricted in some way
It is unlawful to sell someone elses' share without their approval even tho they might have been restricted
ML knew they screwed up!!!!

Stay toned, things are are going to get real interesting, don't turn off that computer
