Unfortunately Rico will never change. He is treading down this path towards an inevitable R/S in January. He has probably fleeced enough cash out of his dilution to buy enough ATM's to sustain his personal life style for months, which I suspect was his plan all along. He will lay low and start the process all over again until spring, when most of his current victims will have moved on.
