The share increase was released in a PROXY statement on 7 Oct. Old news.

A/S = 750M

Market Cap would be 12M if MSLP issued all 750M shares. Company would still be undervalued considering it will be generating 20M in Revenues this Year and Growth is increasing rapidly each Quarter. I'm predicting Company will post a Net Income in 1st Qtr of 2012.
