Email I received from the CEO of GRPS:

"Dear xxxxx, I hope to be able to put out an announcement in the next couple of
weeks. We have a number of things working, one of which will fund our start
up. The firm we are working with on that is supposed to make their
determination sometime this next week although it could go a bit longer.
