ss25lot: are you hearing a stock buyout or a cash deal?

any chance he'd try to roll this into Emmis Communications(EMMS)as a stock deal? I still think the .25 cent number is too low based on what appears to be coming down the tracks for IWDM, but again a deal in that .35 to .45 cent area would be very interesting - especially if we rolled into his other public company. Thanks for the heads up.
