We gotta educate everybody about MMJ or those who benefit the most from keeping drugs illegal* keep prices so high and out of the hands of otherwise Law Abiding citizens, folks with geniune medical needs and even folks with mere recreational desires, will continue to suffer at the hands of the greedy and all to often dangerous drug cartels and law enforcement agencies.
..............
I compare some of government abuses to the long-standing practices of Pennsylvania's Liquor Control Board. The state takes tax dollars and buys liquor, selling it back to consumers in state owned/operated retail stores. Then, when folks drink too much, they may get arrested for drinking what the state sold them [with their own tax dollars]. This makes little sense to me.

*Since 1937, here in the Good Ol' USA, marijuana has been illegal. Read whatever you like regarding, How the Drug War is going.
To me, it seems that new construction prescription drugstores are popping up all over the place. In all my years, I have never seen so many. These often dangerous drugs are free to anybody tall enough to get into a medicine cabinet.
**It's been widely known and reported by the US Federal Gov't., that folks are Huffing household chemicals found on our grocery store shelves yet, none of these products have been placed under lock and key. Anyone can buy it for a few dollars and go get some brain-damage or kill themselves anytime.
I do not agree with a lot of what presidental candidate, US Congressman Ron Paul says but, he does say, he believes The Drug War is a failure. He will tell you, that tobacco and alcohol are deadly poisons that have killed millions more than marijuana.
He will tell you that we have spent a trillion dollars in the past fourty years alone, fighting The Drug War.
How about we go back to basics and allow folks to have legal taxed and regulated access to marijuana.
Law Enforcement should stop chasing and jailing pot-heads. There are more than enough violent criminals to keep them working forever.
