i never used the word wholesale...thats because i wasnt talking about selling silk wholesale...

the cost of leasing space, equipment and having employees would far exceed the cost of buying an existing company?...no, i dont think so..

"the production company would continue to produce and sell ordinary spider silk while the monster worm eggs that KBLB already has in its refrigerators are introduced"

if a company is producing and selling worm silk profitably then why would they sell out to a one man operation thats a 9 cent pink sheet stock?...just to get paid in 9 cent stock?..the answer is because they are undoubtedly not profitable...so why would kblb continue to run the business that is not profitable...answer- they wont..wouldnt make sense....
if i have a profitable business, i am not going to stop what i am doing and go into business with the likes of kblb...the only business likely to do that is one that has no other choice...and that would be because they are not profitable..
its nice to think of pie in the sky kind of situations but lets get back to reality...

"If KBLB sold the rights outright or supplied the new worm eggs to a large existing, probably overseas producer they would get less for it, have greater risks of counterfeiting, and not have the facilities available for future development"

as far as the counterfeiting thing, the board expert has wriiten a ton of posts about how that issue is not a concern...i dont know if hes right, but thats his opinion...as for the rest of what kblb gives up, so what...they would have something they could really use right about now...and thats cash..and the fact that what they have produced is useful to someone and has value...how useful and how valuable will depend on the price paid...or maybe thats the bad part?...

you are the first person i have ever heard make the claim that kblb has unlimited a/s....everything else ive ever seen and read says they have 10 bil a/s....so as far as im concerned, kblb has 10 bil a/s...ill not just take your word for it..

"There are unlimited A/S just as almost every other company"

this is a completely and utterly false statement..."as almost every other company"??...

to es.....why would kim giving himself 330 mil shares drop the pps by half?..you need to rethink those numbers and percentages again...they are wrong....and the reality is yes, the pps would drop, but not like they would if those shares were issued to some third party as payment for something...kims new shares would presumably be held and not immediately sold...thus would not enter the float as would be likely with the other scenario..you might want to look up "float"..it is different than o/s....
and the point was that kim can give himself shares if he so choses...doesnt have to be 330 mil shares...he can do it in smaller increments..whereas everyone else has to buy theres...perhaps thats easier for you to understand..
