Okay so from what I gather SIOR has rights to 9k acres? Or do they own 9k acres? That is a HUGE difference for immediate asset totals. If they own the acres then yes they would be around 30-35k per acre but if they just have the mineral rights (the more than likely option), then 2k is the right price per acre. However, 2k is on the low side as I am used to this whole gas company non sense as PA is also having a big boom for natural gas and some of us got up to 5.5k per acre. Overall if that is true that they have the mineral rights for 9k acres, then we have a total of about 18-45mil in total assets. This would put the PPS of a minimum of at least a few cents? Yes...no? If they can get drilling big money is on the table even with 9k acres.
