You get snips of this in at least one of the documents made available by Patrick, relating to Pinchasi's conduct in the initial submission of the '037 patent. It recalls to me the same sort of cherry picking and withholding of data that torpedoed Sanofi's patents relating to enoxaparin.

She seems to contradict herself and other documentary evidence, too. She is a key witness, and I don't find her very credible.
