sorry...not quite...didn't agree with "absolutes", at all...

the examples i showed were directly contrary to your points...

sometimes its about individual company's characteristics...sure..whether something will help or hinder..but i showed your statement-as-fact about things never happening to be wrong, and you statement-as fact about particular corporate actions never helping, to be wrong... again.

sure, sometimes corporate actions help, sometimes hurt...

that was the premise i introduced and thought made abundantly clear..
