Wow, interesting events unfold. Hmm... it sure doesn't suprise me. Well I can say this with certinly. "More events are to follow." Such as public information to follow as in the answers to the Undisclosed Interests in the Fund’s Portfolio Companies and the Undisclosed Compensation reporing allegations. Especially (h) and (i).... to include the stackable alleged noted VIOLATIONS in result to such misrepresentations.

The good thing here is; soon there is a hearing to be set per Motion; {that a public hearing for the purpose of taking evidence on the questions set forth in Section III hereof shall be convened not earlier than 30 days and not later than 60 days from service of this Order at a time and place to be fixed, and before an Administrative Law Judge to be designated by further order as provided by Rule 110 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice, 17 C.F.R. § 201.110.}
and we are all due an answer per; {that Respondents shall file an Answer to the allegations contained in this Order within twenty (20) days after service of this Order, [This Answer could clearly be as simple as an acknowledgement, and nothing more or specific.] as provided by Rule 220 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice, 17 C.F.R. § 201.220.} per SEC.
I truly hope they arn't as stupid enough to ignore this Motion with noted allegations. But the best thing is we all don't have to wait long for an answer as the Motion clearly points out the the that the Administrative Law Judge shall issue an initial decision no later than 300 days from the date of service of this Order, pursuant to Rule 360(a)(2) of the Commission’s Rules of Practice
