Some form of compensation will have to be paid to all KATX sh from BVIG. They can not simply strip assets from this to the other. And not talking abt the share distro for HC. This move of assets is new and sh must be compensated accordingly. If there is no compensation for current sh then it is pure theft. Plain and simple. But then again,
