I am looking for a shareholder who lives in Texas who has enough spare time to talk to an attorney. I have an idea of how to proceed but I cannot do it from the northeast. The papers need to be filed in Texas. If the case proceeds it will be on a contingency basis (ultimately the company will pay the attorney's fees).
