Obviously many of you here have not been through a R/S or R/M. If this does go down, our shares will be locked up and not tradable for up to 20 days while your broker obtains all the share data and cusip. the only people who can trade are the insiders. And when you see this fantastic price after the news, make no mistake that when your shares are free to trade, they insiders will have dumped and diluted this to oblivion. Case in point, CBA! which recently did a R/S, has real income and assets and was diluted right back down again. Took 18, yes 18 days to have my shares become tradable. Who wins in that deal?
