3.Prepare to be transparent and produce audited financials so you'll be taken seriously...scary eh?
4.Franchises can make BIG $$$ and do not dilute.
5.Do NOT underestimate the importance of loyal, supportive shareholders
6.You have the products and the AWESOME GROWTH taking place...
