paunch13, Shorty is not getting His money's worth. Efforts to wrap this up are not going as planned for Him.

Statutes of the State of Wyoming should be his biggest concern moving forward. That and the SEC already knows they have a problem with those illegally shorting in the markets.

How short are the manipulators and how aware is the SEC of FFGO is what will eventually play out.

The real Short Shady is not some underworld thug. He wears a suit and tie and uses the terms "creating an orderly market" and "creating a fluid market" to justify selling things he does not own, nor does he ever intend on borrowing. He is your "trusted" market maker. Just ask UBS!
