As the IR guy, I can't see why he would be camping out in Philly over the holiday. That is unless he is part of the install team. Really no excuse why the filings would be late. In my last email correspondence with him, he came across at being "uptight" over the fact that the yield sign was up and that he was doing what was needed to get it removed. It was removed, but now it back up.
Maybe he's taking pictures, video, etc., so he can put together the Philly install album - all the great moments leading up to success.
(Meant in jest).
Maybe he's helping out running cable and installing TVs...who knows?
