If SIAF defaults on the loan? SIAF could choose to default on the loan because they want to pay in shares. Solomon could've explained it easily if there were to be no dilution, instead he talked about retiring shares e.t.c... That makes me believe that the shares are likely to be issued. Or do you think that the shares won't be issued?
