SO after doing some DD on my own about this guy....seems pretty harmless IMO...just seems to be a trading acquaintance that you partner up with from time to time. Nothing more.......so if mentioning this guys name is supposed to be "shaking" those out to get lower shares...good luck with that.

I dont see anything here that would make the SEC even think twice about looking at BRAV. Just because he is trying to raise some capital at one tenth of the A/S as some of your other ones youre in and out of (Left behind) and (winning brands)...great picks by the way? What are there A/S at now, selling retail stuff, same as BRAV. Seems to me that the only loyalty you might have is to the almighty "greenback"...you flip it till it dies and then you move on to something else.
