Good theory, but I think it is just basic financing for the company, because green leaves was paid in cash as far as what I understand from that portion of the financial statement. They sued because Danny didnt want to give them any other thing that would affect the share price in a negative way. So I believe green leaves settlement was in cash and long done before the 30M shares. These 30 million is for the company expansion. I think the reason people are over-reacting...or not over-reacting for that matter, is because something is happening with the way they, investors, flippers, whoever that is involved with this stock is taking the news, news of becoming profitable. People are jumping the gun everyday on WHEN profitability is to occur. That is over a month from now. They see dilution and say "wait, if there is this much money flowing in, then why all this dilution". That statement is encouraged by the fact that Q4 is going to be profitable, but here is the thing, Q4 doesnt end for another 37 days. Whats 37 days multiplied by $20K?--that should build some coherence around the crucial nature of this time span. Its so cricital. Q4 being profitable and money not being needed now just doesnt mesh. No, DURING Q4, money will be needed by funders....ITS AFTER Q4 when the stock will make a spike in share price because of profitable financial statement, and tapering off with dilution. That is all.
