Sousa was at the AGM so the deal with him MIGHT still be in the works, but I'd have to wonder why bother. Sousa's deal was for him to get individual scattered locations, set them up, find feedstock, find fuel buyers, get permits, etc. etc.

Instead we have a deal with a multi-billion dollar NYSE company that already has permits in place, feedstock, and is able and willing to buy all the fuel JBII can produce while providing free real estate and security and already has most of the infrastructure and logistics already in place in a nice neat little bow.

So what's the deal with Sousa besides who cares? I don't know. Maybe it's still in the works, but as awesome as it was, it's really small potatoes vs. the NYSE: RKT deal that can support hundreds of processors and is already very much in the works with full contract details, site preparation, air permit exemptions applied for, and even employees being trained for the first location.

As for the 1st machine, the 10Q clearly has the last piece of tweaking -- the premelt -- who's development was vital for NYSE: RKT -- is now complete. It's ready to rock and roll and likely is as I type to you.

(by the way, they've produced WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY more than they've sold bu that's another topic)
