Why is it considered off topic to ask an IRP who has disclosed a paid promotion of XXXX stock why they don't include the "Investor Awareness Disclosure" on each iHub post about XXXX?

Or alternatively, why is it considered an off topic post that should be deleted as an IH TOS violation to thank an admitted IRP for finally posting the Investor Awareness Disclosure in one of their posts about XXXX after never having done so despite an IRP disclosure that admits a paid promotion of XXXX stock?

I understand that iHub is not responsible to enforce Federal Securities laws so will not delete posts that don't comply with such laws.

However, I don't understand why a post thanking an admitted paid promoter of a XXXX stock for finally (one time only) including the SEC-required disclosure in an iHub post about a XXXX stock should be deleted by iHub as off topic as happened to me.

I'm willing to agree that iHub can't monitor and delete posts by paid promoters that violate SEC regulations. However it bothers me as an ethical issue that iHub WILL delete questions or comments about admitted paid promoters who don't or won't disclose on each and every post on iHub about such stocks as required by the SEC.

Why are such posts considred off topic and required to be deleted by the IH TOS?

Such a policy makes those who post questions about non-disclosure by paid promoters the supposed violators of the iHub TOS and the non-disclosing paid promoters as the legitimate posters.

It's madness IMO!
