I can. And I think I have. But you won't find me stating them like this unless I can establish them to be fact:
"PR post from CEO was fraudulent".

That's not the way one expresses a personal conclusion.

Obviously you're entitled to your opinion, but it's not right to lead people to believe that it's fact. And that's what you did with the way you expressed yourself.
