Institutional investors don't buy Penny Stocks. I do agree that small investors are the only ones buying this stock. I guess time will tell but I don't see PPJE as a stock to buy. A R/S would be enough for me to stay away. PPJE has talked about earnings for awhile now, I haven't seen any positive results from that. Alot of times Penny Stocks talk that game but that is all it is. I know alot of you don't agree but show me.
