A reverse split is not even a possibility at this time. The OS is 83m. It may grow a bit over the next several months or so but not by any amount that will hurt this stock. The company is currently break even and moving forward will be profitable quarter over quarter in all liklihood. The company needs no money to support its current business and has no competition with a product/service that is growing in demand. IVFH may begin buying farms that produce these pershibles in high demand. They will grow their product lines mostly through organic growth. Buying farms ( profitable farms) could eventually raise the os to a level near the AS we are talking a long time here and the company would be 5 to 10 times larger as well with greater profits. Mabe then they may need a reverse split but it wouldnt be a bad one. I see no indications shareholders will ever be damaged by a reverse split now or in the future bu IVFH.
