I think lie is a strong word. I would rather say embellish, similar to what we see on this board everyday when people say the network deals are done, or Jason and Mashiah are back together just because on Facebook it says she's in a relationship, or monster pr coming soon.....
I can tell you I've walked into more than one store that was supposedly carrying Dussault and asked for the product and had been told they haven't carried it in a long time. That is one of the reasons I think the current PPS is too high, but never underestimate the hype factor.
