i can sell.(as a PTEL shareholder)...anyone can sell who owns PTEL..can sell PTEL...

if one chooses not to purchase unrestricted, currently available PTEL shares, one can't reasonably, IMO, complain about not being able to sell PTEL should pps increase..

taking responsibility for one's environment, even if corporate actions impact it (divis not delivered or avail for trading yet), is paramount, IMO.

want to be able to trade PTEL? own PTEL.
