The rules on timing for proper notice of a meeting...

Don't determine the rules for a proxy solicitation.

"Meetings" and "proxy solicitations" are two different things... that have two different sets of rules that apply to them.

It looks like the lawyers who advised the CLYW management on this illegal proxy solicitation they're doing... suckered them, big time.

Someone should probably sue them.

Why do the conversations we so often have to have here, feel like kindergarten for management trainees.
