Does anyone realistically think that the other BOD would bring a motion to remove an existing board member without ensuring that had the votes?



They thought they could get the California court to add a fifth member and announce it at a bogus shareholders forum ... so yes, I believe that this is a desperate act of a desperate team who are trying to keep from having there behinds handed to them.

But the bigger point is what, if anything, can we do? I do not have a solution at the moment. At least not one that costs less than $50K.
