Lol So That's It- Just Give Up?

Has any one made a phone call or attempted to contact the company? Has any one been in contact with RS?

Could it be that it's the holiday time and people are taking vacations ect so things are not on the same time table they would be regularly...

Does anyone have any faith that they really are waiting to release a boat load of 8K's and info?
