Even more interesting . . .

He holds NO Dime Ltw's, and is trolling here, WHY?

Maybe it might've had something to do with Strochak's major st-st-st-uttering, toward the end of his fantasy story.

The one where a security tracking SOLELY the outcome of the Anchor Goodwill Litigation, and then having 85% of the value of the recovery of proceeds from said lawsuit, and payable in common stock . . . OR OTHER PROPERTY, INCLUDING CASH . . ." followed by:

converting the risk of recovery from the proceeds from that one suit, and turn it into an assumption of the risk of the Fortunes and Failures of the common stock of an entire company . . . one whose stock performance was irrelevant to the value to be conveyed to the holders of Ltw's due to the mandated adjustments under BOTH Warrant Agreements.

I also liked Adam's admission that they might be on the hook for the 28% portion of cash that Dime stockholders received back in 2002.

"If you take that there can only be [i]ONE, judge, JUST ONE, possibility . . . "

Or you can take that there could have been an infinite number of ways to transfer value to the Ltw Holders . . . instead of to WG&M's most favored clients, and to the SNHInsiderTrading funds that benefitted from NOT passing the Ltw LIABILITY to JPMC.

"Stochak mentioned that the Ltw's weren't worth the paper that they were written on . . ." oh really?

Then why was it that JPMC wanted to split out the Anchor ASSET from the Ltw LIABILITY, and INSISTED on a §363 sale?

Uh, right, Adam . . . there can only be one possibility . . . that somebody's ethics are kinda sketchy, Adam. Speaking of which, where your little partner Brian RosenRAT?
