Yeah, I suspect option 2 is the real motivation. It is consistent with some of the less than kosher past history here. Sure, there are only "allegations" to Steve's conduct, but, truly clean people rarely get mud on their clothes.

Also, it is consistent with all of the phone quotes posted and personal calls I have had with Dale and Steve. Quotes like "rapid succession of PRs and 10Qs..", "eminent uplisting" and of course the magically extended warrants.
