I suspect it is based on something and I think others think so too. We will see just what it iis based on if anything when the releases come out. I think knowing that the business has turned the corner and is self sustaining which is evident and that it is growing and will be opening new locations is plenty. Sure the new location part is not yet official but I suspect it is expected. Keep in mind they did not PR Georgetown until it was actually open and cash flow positive. They have an amazing management team as has been pointed out. There have been rumors of other things as well that may be happening but again no official word. I think that Stockchick is probably the most correct as usual when she says that it is just simple math. That accumulation has been and continues to occur and that the float has been dried up to the point that the demand is greater than the desire to sell and the supply.
