Yes he told me a few weeks too at the end of October when we spoke. Parent said no PRs until all financial filings are current bc if he does release the backlog of PRs he has the auditors would need to check those #s and maybe go to Africa etc so getting everything current would be that much harder. I expect fins current by end of year. Should be a great spring 2012 here. Back to .025+++ this moves so easily. :)
