#4 merge and brand(product&stock)to/into mediamax.
#5 buy right(buy @ a good price)!

I believe these are the positives to look forward to, just my opinion, I am an investor communication consultant for this company and I have been buying this stock since 01/2000. I have a good friend in at $2.00, so i'm making an extra effort, in trying to make him whole. If I didn't think this was a good deal, I would have sold awile back. Quite honestly, things have been moving forward since Peter's arrival(03/00).Good Luck!
