1. PHAR did NOT move down because of low volume. It was train-wrecked by a group in May, some of those individuals were subsequently banned from IHub.
2. I still disagree that bidsitting is keeping the pps down.
At least 6 obvious sessions where good buys at the ask came in. Only to see the pps immediately driven down by small sells and then after the pps was lowered, larger blocks of 100k shares would then be sold.
3. I do not think that the Company is diluting! If they are, Mr. Phykitt must be a schizophrenic for taking back 500M of his own shares and then let the Company 'dilute' about 30M. But it is obvious that more shares have hit the float - the question is WHY are the shares being sold purposely low! Any individual or entity should want to sell their shares HIGHER rather than LOWER. On these 6 occasions small bids drove the price back down and THEN large blocks of shares were sold LOWER than what they could have gone for when the pps was higher.
4. No one on the board has been selling 30M shares. My unofficial count is 34M blocks of shares that have been sold in large blocks (around 100k at a pop) since August. I wasn't keeping track before then. YES, people on the board could be selling, but I doubt too many are, because so many of us are grabbing them up. Let's say some guy bought 1M at .008 and has sold them at .01 for a 20% profit. How is he driving the pps down by himself and how is he getting another 500k or 1M more shares to sell again? It just isn't logical.
5. You say HDSN is the reason we aren't getting higher. What MM sold the nearly 1M block? I didn't see it, but I would like to know. So HDSN moved the ask higher - it just means that another MM became the ax, and not HDSN.
Go ahead, we experimented earlier and bought heavily on the ask and the VERY NEXT DAY it was purposely moved back down.
I have already 'experimented' enough with my money and am choosing to stay on bid support since that is where it will be driven back down. The people buying the shares are not the problem - the one selling them is.
All just my opinion - so it really doesn't mean anything. I don't mean to have my feelings on my sleeve, but I refuse to buckle in to some kind of peer pressure on the board and be foolhardy with my money.
Thank you for the kind remarks and I am not angry with you. I am agitated at what has happened, but plan on keeping my head straight as a good trader. And if that means to some that I am not supporting PHAR, I don't mind being branded as such, it won't hurt my feelings.
Anyone who is willing to give it another shot, feel free and go ahead. I would be the happiest person here to be proven wrong.
All The Best
