My apologies for the delay in posting this comment as I have just returned from a very bandwidth constrained environment that left me with a read only view. However, it seemed necessary to correct what I saw as a misunderstanding of fact.

A poster stated that CD said the cost of building a mine at TPW would be $100m. What CD actually said is that the cost of sinking a shaft would be $30-50m and the associated underground workings including drifting and setting up diamond drill stations for underground exploration would be $90-100m. It is my opinion that he meant $100m would be the total for this phase, not$120-$150m, though he did not clearly state that. The cost for a mine would probably be an additional $350-450m.

I have listened to the July call several times before and still came away with two things this time that previously did not sink in. The first was when CD said TPW might host several mines. Am aware of a possible open pit as well as underground mine, but that word "several" caught my attention. The other was his response when a caller asked about drilling the smaller poriphorys which people talk about being on TPW and seem be shown on an information slide. His response was if we would need to acquire property with smaller poriphorys. Will follow up and see what can be found out.
