Thanks, just listened. Basically just read the 10k. There were 3 questions that added a little. Wouldn't give a value on the pharmashere deal. Not complete yet. They have $3 million of convertible debt still to convert, converted $750,000 so far. Have $100 million in tax losses, worth up to $35 million to someone else. Could possibly get $10-15 million for it. Cash is all that can help them at this point. Must get rid of debt, will keep converting debt to shares. That pretty much sums it up.
