This is a "chicken and egg" situation. History shows that there is a good supply of gold in the area. It is the price of gold today that makes it an even more valuable area. Without a local mill to sort the precious metals from the tailings, it makes the mining economically marginal.
The opening of POW mill will make the other mines more viable, and the mill more valuable. So much so, it could mean an expansion of the mill, or other companies trying to open their own mills. (difficult as we have seen due to the DRMS)
The mill is important for the area, not just for CGFIA. But the value of CGFIA really comes from the metal in the ground.
