Some GPGI shareholders with unrestricted shares probably did sell earlier, especially if they thought the price would fall significantly, or if they weren't interested in being involved with another pink sheet stock (can be rather stressful.)

The ones selling recently are probably those who had restricted shares and brokers wouldn't accept them even when they came off restriction. Now that (some) brokers are accepting certs, long time GPGI shareholders could be wanting to get out even if the price is down from June (but up from where they originally acquired their GPGI stock).
